The Original Property Company is headed by James Middleton who is widely respected for his knowledge and expertise of the property market in the North East of England.

After graduating from Northumbria University, James worked in the property industry in Central London for over 10 years. Now back in the North East he is able to combine his extensive experience and passion for property with his knowledge and love of the area he grew up in, to deliver a professional service for his clients.

James has an exceptional ability for networking, making contacts whilst working in a discreet and professional manner. He has provided comprehensive moving services for many families and corporate individuals within the UK and moving from abroad. He is passionate to ensure that any relocation we undertake is carried out smoothly, effectively and is priced competitively

Emma has over 10 years’ experience sourcing property and offering relocation assistance in the North East of England and surrounding areas. She prides herself on providing a proactive/efficient service for corporate and private clients looking to buy or rent residential property. Understanding her client’s requirements and adapting to individual situations is her key strength.

Emma continues to grow her property portfolio in emerging markets such as Brazil and a recent investment in Cape Verde, thriving on the research and due diligence process.

With her personable and friendly manner Emma is just at home dealing directly with business executives and large corporations as she is taking their new international recruits on an orientation day. We’d be delighted to. We are experienced in helping individuals and families relocate from many different countries and offer a range of services tailored to your specific needs – from area familiarisation tours to settling-in services.

When is the best time to start working with you?

The property market can move very quickly which means that once you have instructed us to find you a property, you need to be ready to proceed with a purchase or rental.

How can I find information on local schools?

We can provide a full listing of local schools if required and arrange meetings with the relevant schools to coincide with your schedule and viewing appointments.

Do you accompany on all viewings?

Yes we would, we are conscious that clients will be potentially new to the area and have limited knowledge. Viewings will be scheduled in a logical format and you will be driven to each appointment and accompanied which also benefits the client as they will be shown any significant and relevant points of interest.

Where do we operate?

The Original Property Company is located on the outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne. We do however cover and work right across the North of England.
